as salaam alaikum
I would like to know on what basis is it ok for muslims to expose their dead in a way that is set up for display? Did Muhammad pbuh ever display dead bodies during war in order to sway people in any form? is such a display of dead muslims permitted? i've seen pictures displayed of children, and women in some of the most degrading ways in order to incite the feelings of muslims and others.. and all i keep thinking is how disgusting of us to do so. I shudder at the fact that someone would display my children or my dead body in order to convince others.
Is this islamic?
