Against civilians
> Excessive and indiscriminate use of lethal force by the Israeli army against the entire Palestinian civilian population, including killing unarmed demonstrators, women, infants, children and minors.
> Use of heavy army equipment against a civilian population, including tanks, rockets, missiles, helicopter gunships, gun silencers, snipers, and prohibited weapons such as dum-dum bullets (or equivalents with the same effects, such as high-velocity bullets) and steel rubber-coated bullets.
> Closure of entire villages / towns / areas.
> Imposing restrictive blockades on the movement of persons and goods into, out of, and throughout the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including Jerusalem.
> Depriving the Palestinian Children from their rights to education, to a healthy childhood and to healthy physical and social development.
Against property
> Demolition of private property, including homes.
> Destruction of agricultural property, including uprooting trees and clearing agricultural areas.
> Attacking holy places.
> Illegal settlements on the Palestinian Lands.
> The illegal presence of the Israeli settlers and that most of those extremists are armed with weapons delivered by the Israeli army that exceed whatever the little arms are in the possession of the Palestinian side.
Against medical personnel, reporters, worshippers
> Attacking ambulances and preventing the evacuation of the wounded.
> The impeding of medical access to the wounded.
> Attacking journalists and obstructing their access to conflict points.
> Attacking worshippers and obstructing their access to their places of worship.
