As-Salamu-Alaikum Wr Wb

I received this article from a brther.Feel free to read it.

AL-QURAN PREDICTED THAT THE BODY OF THE PHAROAH WILL BE PRESERVED:

" This day shall We save thee(Pharoah) in thy body, that thou mayst be a sign to those who come after thee(Surah Yunos:92)

Pharoah means an ancient Egyptian king. There are many pharoahs in the ancient time but the one which is referred to by the verse is the Pharoah during Moses period. His name was Ramsis the 3rd.

During these days, the translator of the Al-Quran could not interprete the meaning of that verse accurately and satisfactorily. There was a lot of disagreement as to the exact interpretation of the verse. It was onlt half a century ago that people discovered the tomb of the Pharoah while digging the ruins in Egypt. The body showed no signs of decay but the colour of it had changed to that of dried mud.Until now the preserved body is being kept by the Egyptian government in the museum of Cairo.

WHAT IS THE LESSON?

Only after the finding of the Pharoah's body has the verse acquired a clear meaning.Al-Quran informed and predicted that about 1400 years ago.God would preserve the body of the Pharoah and it would be untouched by age.It would be taken care of; to be a lesson to the future generation. It is a lesson and a reminder that such a powerful king with a vast kingdom and abundent wealth but with proud, boastful character to the extent of proclaiming that he was God, at last became dried mud.

THAT IS THE TRUTH OF THE PREDICTION OF THE ABOVE VERSE.IT REVEALS ONE OF THE MANY MIRACLES OF THE AL-QURAN.
