All it does is relaxes you and you have a fun time.

Marijuana is an intoxicant and just like alcohol anything that has the same effect, i.e intoxication is haram. One can't drink, smoke weed, chew kat, inject cocaine or anything else that will take us from our natural state in order to have "fun" and "relax".
