The thing to remember is, all the muslims WILL be one.

This is not true, as the 72 or 73 are those who will be deviants. Those who have new ideas into deen. They are those who beleive in other prophets, they are those who add certain things, and many groups have been exposed, the likes of the clown of qadiyan. to those of the intellect group, and others.

So, we will all be one group, those who guide thier lives by the quran and sunnah with the guidance of the scholars. And the groups will be the minority and those who are against the quran and sunnah. And some of these groups will also disagree or go against the understanding of the classical/past schoolars.

Stick with the classical schlars and the majority. Ask around and if you are not sure, ask a scholar. That is why they are there for.
