A very good idea and inshallah a benefical one too.
I have found this from the great faiqh of our time; Mufti Taqi Usmani, who scholars from various parts of the world say 'If u want to know how to run your country, then go to taqi usmani in pakistan', indeed, these scholars of various degrees have recommended him, and this article below might be some use here.
