Of course, that really isn't true. It isn't as if impersonal forces are at work killing the Koreans (two now). It is the act, and choice, of men, and it is they that are ultimately responsible for their actions, and not the Afghan or South Korean government. I am very sad to see this continue dragging on, but it is very duplicitous to claim it is someone else fault when it is your hand that holds the trigger.
