I ask the question: "Are Baha'is Allowed At This Site?" because religious fundamentalism in its myriad forms results in limitations and restrictions imposed on those who join some internet sites. I look forward to future interaction here.-Ron:cool:

Dear Ron,

Welcome to myiwc.com. It seems you didn't wait for a reply and posted anyhow. I have removed your post.

Let me explain if you haven't read FAQ and the Rules witihin this space. This is an Islamic site run by Muslims of sunni madhab. Our Compartaive Religion is for Islam vis-a-vis other faiths, and we don't allow throughout all forums, the promoton of any other faiths. We sondier Bahaiis as non Muslims. So if you want to explain what is Bahaiism and your basic priinciples, we are not interested and will not allow such posts as we will considering them as a kind of preaching.

This site welcomes Muslims and non-Muslims alike. We have our rules and please read them. Freedom of expression is not applicable here, because if you want to post you have to become a member, and if you are a member you have to abide by the rules of this site. If you consider this is fundamentalism or a trait of it, I respect your views but I don't agree with you. I'll give you a simple analogy:

Your faith emanates from Iran, Bahaullah was an iranian. Irani people are very polite with some 5000 years of history. If you enter a house of an iranian, even if you end up living there as a guest (members here are after all guests as we state clearly who are the owners), you will not start a conversation by saying "how marvellous is my house" or "how beautiful I am" or "how clever I am" or you "ought to take me as an example". You will start by greeting them and start with small talk. If you use the approach I have stated they will be upset with you and think of you as very unpolite man.

Ron we get here from time to time some members who are out there on the Web to preach their faith. We tell them politely this is not their place. Sometimes we are obliged to ban them if they ignore our request. Really, perhaps for you is to find another site to post, and not this one, if I take as example your second post here, which was an article apologetic of your faith. Your signature is also provocative, if you have read our rules.

You will notice that from the time I have given to you as Admin, I have not been disrespectful towards you, as I can state humbly we are always very polite and mannered towards all new and old members. We keep here a standard that is different from many discussion places, and we are happy with the manner we work.

Ma'a-salaama,

RonPrice
