A meeting will be held in Cairo to debate swine flu (influenza), also known as A(H1N1) flu. The meeting will be between Saudi Arabia and Ministers of Health of countries that send pilgrims to Makka and Madina. Prevention and other measures will be discussed for Umrah and forthcoming Hajj. World Heath Organization has recognised tsince June this worldwide flu spite (that initated from pig farms in Mexico) as a pandemia

Saudi Arabia reportedly has had 294 cases of A(H1N1) flu.
